六款食物让你拥有雪白嫩美肌！

1.鲜柠檬汁

过度被晒的皮肤会出现红斑，可用牛奶搽被晒部位，再用浸入新鲜柠檬汁和水的棉片敷面(柠檬果酸具有美容效果，但浓度太大会刺激肌肤，因此需要根据个人肌肤状况调配柠檬水)，一周后斑点会变小；再将黄瓜捣烂后加入葛粉和适量的蜂蜜，搽几次，斑点可消除

2.牛奶

牛奶能令面部乃至全身皮肤白嫩，可用新鲜牛奶泡入棉花或纱布，湿透后敷面，半小时后用清水洗去，每天一次

3.水果

水果中的果酸可以增加皮肤的角化速度，加速黑色素的排除，若使用频率得当，还可帮助某些水溶性物质的吸收。把梨或苹果捣烂，调入上等面粉敷面，对面部皮肤的细嫩很有帮助。也可将柠檬片放入啤酒中，浸泡一夜，第二天用此酒搽脸

4.枸杞

枸杞(鲜者120克，干者60克)煎煮代茶，量多少不限；或用以泡酒，每餐饮酒适量。能补肝肾益气血，使面色光艳洁白。

5.冬瓜子仁

冬瓜子仁5克，橘皮6克，桃花12克，混合研为细末，饭后用米汤调服，1日3次，连服数月，面部可变得白嫩而光滑

6.土豆

土豆去皮(用1/3个即可)，研磨成糊状，除去水分，调入上等面粉，作为面膜涂在面上，25分钟后用清水洗去。该法对皮下黑色素有漂白作用，尤其对消除黑眼圈十分有效，若加入上好奶粉则更佳
